Despite the inclement weather, the Friends hosted our 14th annual BBQ in the Children’s Zoo, Battersea Park on Tuesday evening. We were entertained with wonderful jazz and Mexican music, which lent a festive atmosphere. We were most fortunate as the rain held off and we were able to enjoy a fun filled evening which was very well attended by the local community.
